Bookings & Enquiries

At the time of the provisional booking, the client will be sent a full invoice.

Provisional booking of accommodation should be made by phone or email. The booking will be secured by a deposit of 20% of the total rental, paid within 7 days of the provisional booking.

The balance of payment must be received 35 days before the date of arrival. The owner has the right to retain the deposit if cancellation is made within 35 days of arrival. If the balance remains unpaid after the due date, the owner reserves the right to regard the booking as cancelled.

A bond of AUD $800.00 is payable with the balance of payment. The bond will be returned once the inventory of the house is checked prior to departure.

Prices Per Week

• $2,800 AUD {Australian dollars}
   

• Heating, electricity, gas, linen, local telephone calls and standard cleaning costs are included in the tariffs quoted above, however during colder months there may be a surcharge for heating costs.
   

• Basic food basket including wine, tea, coffee, bread, milk and fruit is provided on your arrival.
   

• For periods in excess of one week, linen is changed at no extra cost.
   

• Extra services, such as transport link pick-ups, taxis and cleaning can be arranged for a negotiated fee.
